Welcome to the official website of Friends of Justin Bailey (“the Committee,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the campaign committee supporting Justin Bailey’s candidacy for Mount Pleasant City Commission. By accessing or using this website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

2. About This Site

This Site is operated by Friends of Justin Bailey for the purpose of sharing information about Justin Bailey’s candidacy, campaign platform, events, volunteer opportunities, and to facilitate lawful political contributions and communications with supporters.

3. Eligibility

By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age. Certain features — such as making a political contribution — may require you to meet additional legal eligibility requirements under federal, Michigan state, and local campaign finance law (see Section 6).

6. Political Contributions

If the Site allows you to make a political contribution to Friends of Justin Bailey:

  • Contributions are subject to applicable Michigan Campaign Finance Act requirements and any applicable local ordinances governing candidate committees for Mount Pleasant City Commission.
  • By contributing, you certify that: (a) the funds are your own and not provided by another person or entity in your name; (b) you are a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident; (c) you are not a corporation, labor organization, or other entity prohibited from contributing under Michigan law (unless applicable law permits such contributions in this context); and (d) you are making this contribution using your own personal credit/debit card or funds, not those of a business or another individual.
  • We are required to use good-faith efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer of contributors as required by law.
  • Contributions are generally non-refundable except as required or permitted by applicable law. To request a review of a contribution, please contact us using the information in Section 12.
  • Contributions to this Committee are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, campaign branding, photographs, and design elements — is the property of Friends of Justin Bailey or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws, unless otherwise noted. You may share and link to content on the Site for non-commercial purposes related to supporting the campaign, but you may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (such as social media platforms or payment processors) that are not owned or controlled by the Committee. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.
